Feasibility+ Site Selection StudyNilsson + Associates Architects helped our client choose the best of three possible sites for the next of two new student residence halls. We did this by conducting a feasibility study that would answer their questions about what and where to build to accomplish their campus planning objectives and programmatic goals, within a manageable budget and time frame. |

The typical floor plandesign provides three suite types that create a mix of apointments to serve the needs of undergraduate and graduate students. Function rooms on each floor allow programmed use for study or recreation. Common spaces are located to take advantage of wonderful ocean views across Hale Street onto the Beverly Salem Harbor. |
Endicott’s BayviewResidence Hall of 55,000 square feet provides 200 new beds in 100 double occupancy suites. This residence hall was designed as a companion building to the last residence hall constructed by Endicott College. The two buildings work together to form a residential quadrangle. These 400 new beds serve Endicott’s south campus conference center during the summer conference season. The new hall also provides function rooms on each floor and provides each room with multiple tel/data ports for total integrated communication. Common spaces are located to take advantage of wonderful ocean views across Hale Street onto the Beverly Salem Harbor. |
