Design Concept

The Hotel buildings are located at the northwest corner of the site to address the sea view, with a visible, dynamic presence on the corner, Visibility for office buildings, retail and meeting spaces is achieved by locating these along the main street, Al Sultan Al Qaboos. An internal, covered court at ground level including a mezzanine is surrounded by shared meeting, lobby, and retail spaces

Synergy

The ground and mezzanine meeting spaces and retail areas will be shared; the office use and the hotel use will share the benefit of lobby and conference areas as well as restaurants, cafes and small shops.

Mixed-Use Development Feasibility

N+A Architects completed pre-design planning + concept design, with SSHIC, to determine the highest-and-best use of the site for a mixed-use hotel, office complex, shared meeting/conferencing facilities and accessory retail spaces.
