Site Selection + Feasibility Study

N + A Architects helped our client choose the best site for the next of two new student residence halls. Our study answered their questions about where and what to build to accomplish their campus planning objectives. We created area programs and site plans to test potential sites. We detailed each optional scope of work, and presented logistical and planning issues including; environmental, permitting, geotechnical and hydrological conditions, required civil/utilities improvements, traffic & parking, pedestrian access and pathways as well as cost and schedule implications. Our team created a comparative analysis of each development option. Our summary analysis was illustrated by comparative planning diagrams and the details of cost and schedule required by each option. This study allowed our client to select the best possible site and building program to suite their campus planning objectives including program, schedule and budget.
